What is your current obsession?
Vintage crafts, repurposed jewelry and estate sales

What is your weirdest obsession?
Fuzzy blankets with silk edges

What are you wearing today?
My tweed swing jacket, a teal long sleeve  tee, black jeans

What’s for dinner?
A peanut butter sandwich, two cookies and some decaf coffee (my cook is in Boston)

What would you eat for your last meal?
Chocolate desserts-must be made by my friend, Becky

What's the last thing you bought?
Frozen Charlottes

What are you listening to now?
Yo Yo Ma-saw him this summer with Sheryl Crow and James Taylor-YES!

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
A real, genuine vanilla

If you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would you like it to be?
San Miguel de Allenede, Mexico…my city of dreams!

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go?
Boston…I am jealous of my husband, he’s eating seafood

Which language would you want to learn?
Spanish! We had three exchange teachers from Mexico and South American countries and I would love to be able to speak with them in their language

What is your favorite color?
Teal and brights! It’s still winter here!

What is your favorite time of day?
The middle of the night…

What is your favorite piece of clothing in your own wardrobe?
My short tweed swing jacket and my growing scarf collection

What is your dream job?
Running retreats about four times a year

Anything produced by Somerset Studio and the New Yorker

If you had $100 now, what would you spend it on?
Vintage wallpaper-a whole roll of something special

Funky chunky (my dress style) Emerging (my art style!)

What are you going to do after this?
I hope I will sleep.

What are your favorite movies?
Chocolat; king of Hearts; The Last Unicorn (yes…I am a child)

What's your favourite fruit?
Honeycrisp apples (a Minnesota specialty)

What inspires you?
Reading blogs and sometimes a book (seriously, reading!)

Do you collect something?
Beads and craft supplies!

  2. I enjoyed reading your answers. BTW we have honey crisp apples here in Michigan, too. I don't know what they used to be called but changikng the name to honey crisp was a marketing masterpiece.
